We provide all individuals receiving services with:
- Meaningful day opportunities and supports where needed for community inclusion
- Support and encouragement in finding purposeful careers and jobs
- Medical supports for healthy living
- Self-empowerment and support with healthy relationships
- Skill development and maintenance
- Social, educational and community activities that are directly linked to the goals and desired personal outcomes documented at least yearly in the individual’s centered plan.
- Employment First Opportunities for residents who are interested in finding supports and services in job searching opportunities. In cases where employment is not an immediate goal, Sunshine Care Environments will work with the team with developing and implementing strategies to explore alternative options that may lead to employment such as volunteer activities, career exploration, situational assessments, further education, etc.
- A safe, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.
- Individual and/or group training designed to assist in the development of attitudes and skills that support independence and success for the people we serve.
- Caring, dependable, and skilled staff that provides support and assistance that respects the individual’s dignity and rights.
- Comprehensive documentation and ongoing assessment of needs and services in order to ensure the individual’s development, satisfaction, and success towards achievement of their goals.
Community Inclusion Services through Sunshine Care Environments, LLC.
Provides supports in identifying, planning and attending events, classes or activities in their community and in their homes. Sunshine Care Environments will customize each outing and supports around the individual's wants and needs. Expanding not only the individuals' relationships within their community but expanding their community as well.

Supported Living Services through Sunshine Care Environments, LLC.
Gives individuals the opportunity to live in the residence of their choice within their community, maintaining independence and choice. The levels of support for individuals are based upon individual needs and preferences as identified in an annual assessment conducted by the county, which is then used to define the person-centered annual plan and staffing budget allowed for the individuals needs and supports. Such services may include, but are not limited to, medication administration supports, meal prep, grocery shopping, medical appointments and assistance with self-advocating in all areas of daily living.

These are based on person-centered assessment focused on establishing independence, self-awareness, and safety in all areas of daily living. Behavior Plans are written based on needs of the individual and agreed upon by the individual and team working together to enhance quality of life. All behavior services are done using Oregon’s Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) and will follow all state regulations and the Oregon Administrative rules as required.
